Graphic Design Policies, Terms & Conditions Graphic Design work turnaround time is approximately 5 business days from the date that you have provided all necessary information and imagery and paid your deposit for graphic design work. The deposit for graphic design work covers the base fee to begin the artwork at $50. Graphic design work will then be billed at $20 per hour after the first hour, and the payment will be required before receiving the finished artwork free of watermarks. Graphic design work allows for the initial creation of the design and 2 revisions. A revision constitutes a change or variation to the design and is typically a change of less than 1/4 of the design. A revision is a slight modification to move forward toward the final design. A new design concept is not considered a revision. This means that a new design concept would be an addition to the order, and would need to be quoted separately, in addition to the current order quote. Any additional revisions after the first 2 will be billed at $20 per hour. To ensure satisfaction, we encourage customers to provide inspirational pictures, color palettes, and company logos up front. Occasionally due to large orders coming in, graphic design times may exceed the standard 5 business days. Bone Crusher Concepts tries to alert our customers in every case this happens, however, if you have a specific deadline that your order must be received by, please let us know. Graphic Design work created by Bone Crusher Concepts is intellectual property of Bone Crusher Concepts and can not be utilized by any outside business without our written consent. Submitted artwork that is not created by Bone Crusher Concepts is owned by the customer. Bone Crusher Concepts will not reproduce your artwork without your permission. Holidays The following holidays will not be considered business days and will not count towards production time: New Year’s Eve New Year’s Day Easter Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day The day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day The day after Christmas Refunds Due to the nature of graphic design work, there are no refunds. Social Media Sharing We love to post finished products to Bone Crusher Concepts social media. If you would not like us to post your finished products to social media, please notify us. If you do not notify us, we will assume we have your full permission to post pictures of your finished products. Other terms and conditions Bone Crusher Concepts reserves the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason. Screen Printing Policies, Terms & Conditions Production Times Our standard order production time for screen printed apparel is 10 business days unless otherwise discussed. Please note that your order production time will not begin until the following approvals are made: Signed work order is received Payment is received Artwork and mockups have been approved A delay in any of these can/will result in production delays. Some printing styles and add-on services will add to the standard production time. Occasionally due to large orders coming in, production times may exceed the standard 10 business days. Bone Crusher Concepts tries to alert our customers in every case this happens, however, if you have a specific deadline that your order must be received by, please let us know. Bone Crusher Concepts purchases items from vendors specific to customer orders, therefore Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for vendor or mill shortages/outages, shipping errors or weather conditions which may result in missed deadlines. We will do our best to communicate any delays from the manufacturers. Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for missing deadlines due to weather conditions, power supply interruptions, vendor shortages and errors, shipping errors or acts of God.  Rush Jobs If an order is needed in a shorter time frame than our standard production time of 10 business days, we will try to accommodate your request when possible. There will be times when we can not accommodate rush orders. Rush orders will be subject to additional fees. Rush fees are based on a percentage schedule which is applied to your total invoice. For example, if you need to receive your order 4 days sooner than our standard production time, a 40% fee of your total invoice will be added to your invoice. We cannot accommodate any rush jobs that are less than 3 days of production time. Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for any shipping delays once the order has left our facility. The Rush job fees are as follows: 1 day: 10% 2 day:20% 3 day: 30% 4 day: 40% 5 day: 50% 6 day: 60% 7 day: 70%  Holidays The following holidays will not be considered business days and will not count towards production time: New Year’s Eve New Year’s Day Easter Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day The day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day The day after Christmas    Art Submission and Preparation If your submitted artwork requires more than 30 minutes of work to make it print ready, an additional charge of $20 an hour will be applied to your invoice. Art should be submitted in one of the following formats: PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, EPS, TIFF. Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for color changes due to shifting from RGB to CMYK and vice versa depending on the printing technique being utilized for the order. All non-vector artwork should be 300 dpi or higher. All submitted files should be unflattened. All fonts in AI should be outlined and all fonts in PSD must be rasterized. Submitted artwork should be sized to the size that it will be printed. All text must be converted to outline. Printing is only as good as the artwork; therefore, Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for printing files that were provided at low quality. Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and additional fees for which the customer will be invoiced accordingly. Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in customer submitted artwork. Once artwork is approved by the customer, that is how it will be printed. All submitted art should be sized to the size it will be printed. Please note that there are some sizing and placement restrictions based on the size and style of apparel. Bone Crusher Concepts will notify you of any sizing restrictions that may impact your order. Any specific measurements of print placement must be submitted prior to order approval. Any print over an inch from a customer’s desired placement will be considered for a reprint if it was submitted prior to order approval.  Pricing Screen printing jobs vary in price depending on size, material printed on, deadlines, quantity, special inks, and number of colors being printed. Printing rates are considerations and may change upon project details. ​ Quotes Quotes are good for 14 days unless otherwise stated but are subject to artwork submission to confirm a quote. Bone Crusher Concepts reserves the right to change quoted prices in cases where project details change or are unclear before the initial quote. Changes to a product may be at the request of the client or from change in production circumstances.  Payment Methods All screen-printing orders must be paid in full at the time of order. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Venmo.  Art Approvals You will receive a digital mockup of your art once it is prepared that will require your full review and approval. Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or color changes once the art has been approved by the customer.  Pre-Production Samples Samples of an order prior to production may be ordered for a fee. Please be aware, pre-production samples may increase your production time. Screen Print Pre-production samples of a standard image size: $75 for the first color and $15 for every color after. Additional imprint locations are considered additional colors. If artwork for the pre-production sample needs to be separated, created or touched up, it will be subject to art charges at the current art rate. A complete credit of the sample cost is available if an order is placed within 5 business days of receiving the sample. To receive a full credit, the artwork must remain the same and no alterations requested.  Out of Stock/Clearance Items Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for out of stock or clearance items from vendors that manufacture items used for screen printing. Bone Crusher Concepts will do our best to check other locations to find your item, however there are times we will be unsuccessful at this. We will communicate this problem to you if it occurs.  Manufacturer Defect Manufacturer defects of items include but are not limited to color inconsistencies, loose stitching, mislabeled sizes, label inconsistencies or other garment defects. Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for manufacturer defects. We inspect the items in each order as they are being printed, however, we cannot guarantee that all defects will be noticed. We recommend ordering 5% extra of each size to help counter balance manufacturer defects.  Garment Subjectivity Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for customers disliking garments they approved for their order. All customers are responsible for researching the products in their order to ensure satisfaction. Blank samples are available for order at full cost to the customer and may not be counted towards their order. Please note that blank sample order will delay production dates.  Customer Supplied Apparel Bone Crusher Concepts does NOT accept customer supplied apparel unless previously discussed and agreed upon.  Ink/Color Matching Due to the nature of water based and discharged inks, we cannot guarantee Pantone colors with these ink systems. We will try to get an approximate color in these ink systems. Plastisol and Poly Inks will be based on Pantone colors. We highly recommend checking all artwork colors against a Pantone book (can be purchased on Amazon). Computer monitors can vary significantly in color calibration, so we cannot guarantee ink colors based on visual mockups.  Seam, Collar, and Zipper Printing Any screen printing over seams, collars, or zippers will have distortions and inconsistencies. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered misprints. Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for these inconsistencies.  Multiple Set Ups All shirt sizes in an order will have the same image size unless otherwise requested. Different image sizes being printed on different shirt sizes will be treated as a new order and priced as a new order.  Order Cancellation and refund Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you elect to cancel your order before production has begun, but after we have ordered your items from the manufacturer, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund. Any artwork preparation or graphic design fees that occurred for the order to be placed and approved will be applied and deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show up in your bank account.  Shipping and Pickup Once production is completed on your order, Bone Crusher Concepts will ship your order to the location specified on the work order and email you a tracking number. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS unless you have requested another shipping provider. Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the shipping company. If you have designated on the work order that you will be doing local pickup, Bone Crusher Concepts will email you when your order is ready for pickup with dates and times to choose from.  Receiving your order Once you have received your order, please check your received order against the packing slip as well as carefully reviewing your items.  Quality Assurance It is the customers responsibility to check over garments and items upon receipt. If an error in your order occurs, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving the order.  Returns, Claims and Reprints An order of customized garments or items that have been screen printed cannot be returned. Any order printed differently than the customer approved mockup will be granted a reprint of the defective garment or item. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of the order. If Bone Crusher Concepts is responsible for any errors in a print, we gladly accept responsibility for the errors and will reprint the garments in question or credit you the cost of the misprinted garments. All misprinted items must be returned to Bone Crusher Concepts (we will provide the UPS label and cover shipping costs). Once misprinted items are received back at Bone Crusher Concepts, production will begin on your reprint.  Care Instructions To ensure vibrancy and longevity of printed images, we recommend turning your garments inside out, washing cold on gentle cycle and drying on low. Foil prints should follow these same washing instructions; however, they need to be line dried. All garments should be washed before wearing.  If you plan to store your order for any length of time before taking out of the packaging box, please store away from heat. Failure to do so may result in dye bleeding or migration of the ink, or other defects in the printing process. Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for improper storage of items once they have left our premises.   Water Based and Discharge Inks Due to the nature of water based and discharge inks it is normal to feel the inks on the garments prior to the first washing.  Washdown With water based and discharge ink, small amounts of wash down on ink colors are to be expected with each wash. These inks dye the fibers of the fabric and fade just as the fabric fades with each wash. Before being washed, it is normal to feel these inks on the shirt. Specialty and high opacity inks like Plastisol inks, will continue to be felt after being washed as these inks sit on top of the fibers. Bone Crusher Concepts is not responsible for the fading or weathering of garments or items.  Social Media Sharing We love to post finished products to Bone Crusher Concepts social media. If you would not like us to post your finished products to social media, please notify us.
