Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy

Bone Crusher Concepts accepts BCC items (custom orders excluded) for exchange or return/refund within 45 days of the original order date as long as the product is in new condition.

To begin the exchange or return process click here. Once you have submitted your exchange or return request, an email containing a shipping label will be sent to the email provided. When the returned items have been received and evaluated at Bone Crusher Concepts, the exchanged for items or a refund will be sent to the payment registered when ordered. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed upon receipt of the items at Bone Crusher Concepts.
